REFUND POLICY

The customer may cancel and request a refund any time prior to accessing the first course in a series of classes, or before accessing the only course of a single class. Where Piccoline is not able to be of service during a Basic Consultation, but the client has already completed payment, they will be able to seek a refund as well, up to three months following the decision.
